We held the last of our summer auctions on Wednesday July 18th in The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin. This was the final auction in a busy period for the company, as we held 6 auctions across Leinster, Munster and Connacht this summer – the largest volume of multi-lot auctions held by any company in Ireland during this period. As part of the last auction event, our auction team also held a specialised Holiday Home Auction. This annual event offered a number of coastal and holiday home properties from across all the country including Cork, Kildare, Mayo, Donegal and Cavan. As with previous years this auction attracted strong interest from both Ireland and abroad.
Going back to July 5th, where The Connacht Property Auction team sold a 2 bed semi-detached bungalow located in Ballybane, Galway City in partnership with RE/MAX Property Experts Galway.
