The Munster Property Auction appoint new Regional Sales Manager

IAM Sold Property Auctions who operate The Munster Property Auction are delighted to announce the appointment of Liam Farragher as Regional Sales Manager for the Munster region. The company who also run auction regions in Connacht, Leinster and Northern Ireland have promoted Liam to a managerial position after several years of exceptional work within the company.

Mr. Farragher who is a native of Mervue, Galway joined the company after graduating with a Higher Certificate in Real Estate, Valuation and Property Management from IPAV in Dublin. While working full time Liam also attended collage part time in order to obtaining his PRSA licence. Liam had previously worked in property management but always had a passion for sales and joined IAM Sold as a junior sales negotiator initially, within the company’s Munster division.

Patrick Convey, Director for IAM Sold Property Auctions, commented “Liam has proven to be ambitious, reliable and a highly professional member of the team. His has a strong track record in sales and has an excellent understanding of the property market. This made him the ideal choice for as regional manager, and we are delighted to be promoting Liam to the position. With busy auctions in January & February, and a further 9 auctions in Munster between now and the end of the year, Liam and the Munster team have a busy year ahead.”

In 2019, Liam and The Munster Property Auction enjoyed an average success rate of over 90% at the public auction events, giving them the highest success rate of any auction company in Ireland. The company held their first auctions of 2020 in January & February, and after the auctions Mr. Farragher commented; “throughout 2019, our online & public auctions sold over 90% of properties offered. It is always nice to get off to a good start and we are again averaging above 90% sold early in 2020.  As we head into our 2020 Spring & Summer auction season, our aim is to continue to achieve strong results for our clients and continue to grow the auction platform we offer. We will be keeping our policy of ‘no upfront costs’ for auction entry or marketing and with the improving market conditions we are confident of another successful year of auctions.”
